Call of Duty 5 Beta Public

The Call of Duty 5 beta on the Xbox 360 has recently went live. You are able to download it via the Marketplace. This Demo will only take 890 mb of space. Let me just say, I don't know about now, but when it was closed beta, a majority of the players were noobies. I would average 30+ kills and 10 deaths or less every match. Hopefully, now that the beta is public, some of the skilled players will come and grace the game with their presence [/sarcasm]. Now the public will be able to access the cod 5 beta and be able to judge the game for themselves. Call of Duty hasn't really been changed much these past few games. I mean, for the exception of Call of Duty 4, they pretty much stayed in the old wars. I don't know what made them think degrading back to World War 2 would be better for Call of Duty.

Some people are saying that this isn't officially Call of Duty 5, by the way. For the fact that the title is "Call of Duty: World at War". My impressions , as well as many others, on Call of Duty: WoW isn't good. The guns, for one thing, are pretty annoying. The sniper rifles often won't one shot your target. Also, no scoping with your sniper rifle has seemingly been made easier. But, again, it didn't one hit kill the enemy so it didn't really save me much. No scoping in Call of Duty will be crazy, hah. In Call of Duty 4, my favorite thing to do was walk around with a Dragnuv or 50 cal and just no scope people and leave them annoyed at the fact that they can't kill me. It seems like in this Call of Duty installment, I won't be able to, though.

All in all, die hard Call of Duty 4 fans, such as myself, most likely won't like this. Some Call of Duty 4 fans, how ever, show no prejudice towards any shooting game, whether it's modern or not. A headshot is a headshot I guess, hah. But, new players to the Call of Duty series may like this one. This Call of Duty is more widescale, and plays a bit differently. Go get your Call of Duty 5 demo and try it for yourself.
