Well, if you have the game and you're looking for the easter eggs, here's one that has been found. If you wander into the police station and go to the third floor, you see a pedestrian laying on the ground with three policemen surrounding him. The pedestrian is different every time. It's not as special as the heart in the Statue of Liberty.
