Spiderman: Web of Shadows IGN Review

Well, the recent review on Spiderman: Web of Shadows on IGN has been disappointing to say the least. This game was shaping up to be one of the best Super Hero games, and from the video's, it looked like it had a lot of promise. The action, and the limitless combos you could do looked really appealing, but apparently, the game is too repetitive (-_-). I might still get it, because the last Spiderman game I had was Spiderman 2 for the ps2, and I actually played that. Reviews aren't everything since they are subject to taste and preference, most of the people I've talked to say it's a solid rent, and not worth buying. If you're a superhero fan, though, this game looks like it would be the perfect game for you. It has Spiderman, Wolverine, and it's a pretty solid game, when you look past some of the flaws.

If you actually went out and got Spiderman 3, then you would love this game. It out performs Spiderman 3 in every way, especially since there are less frame rate issues in this one. It may not be perfect, but it's a solid time waster to say the least. I'm still waiting for a Superhero game that will be better than all the others. The closest game to this, so far, is Hulk: Ultimate Destruction for the Playstation 2...
